Two Suspects Sought in Armed Robbery: 1800 block of D Street, NE
(Washington, DC)- The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects in connection with an armed robbery which occurred on Thursday, January 24, 2013, at approximately 10:18 am, in the 1800 block of D Street, NE.
The subjects are captured on this surveillance video as they enter the store from the sidewalk and proceed to rob the establishment.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect-1: Black male, approximately 6'0" tall, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a North Face Jacket, dark ski pants, a baseball style cap, black ski mask, and black North Face boots. He was armed with a black Tech-9 style machine gun with an extended magazine.
Suspect-2: Black male, approximately 5'9"-5'11" tall. He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, black jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and red underwear.

Anyone with information that can assist in the identification of these two suspects is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
