What in the world? Any idea who it was or why? We were at the 12th and Franklin intersection about six weeks ago at 7 in the evening when a group of middle school kids(I'm a high school teacher and they seemed younger than my students) hit a man for no apparent reason and ran away. One of the families that lived on the street called the police but there really wasn't anyone to see by the time they got there. So sorry. That must have been frightening. Are you all okay?
