Suspects Sought in Burglary
(Washington, DC)- The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects in connection with a burglary.
On Saturday, September 29, 2012 at approximately 7:00 pm the suspects entered the District of Columbia Office of Aging located in the 500 block of K Street, NE. The two suspects, pictured below, were observed taking two televisions from the location.
The first suspect is described as a black male, short dark hair, medium to dark complexion, wearing a dark top with stripes and light colored pants. The second suspect is described as a black male, almost shoulder length dark hair, medium to dark complexion, wearing a dark baseball cap, white shirt, dark mid-calf length pants, and dark shoes.
Anyone with information that can assist in the identification of this subject is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any burglary committed in the District of Columbia.
