      I'm confused about the location of the shooting/robbery. At 6:20 or so, I (and my daughters in the bike trailer) came upon the 4 cop cars, ambulance, and victim were are a spot on the MBT about 100 yards north of the NY Ave underpass -- a straight portion before it turns to the left(when heading north)to the R Street access point.
