      It is with sincereness that I apologize for you receiving such late notification on this significant community event.  Several offices within our government were involved with notifications about the ribbon cutting, some believing others had reached out to community leaders.  Late in the process, we discovered that you had not been notified.  This email serves an apology to you as well as your consituents who rely upon you for timely information. 
       
      We, the Gray Administration, will work dutifully to ensure that occurences like this do not happen again.
