DPW’s online chats are held from 12-1pm the last Wednesday of each month, with DPW Director William O. Howland, Jr., and other DPW officials. Next month’s online chat will focus on DPW Customer Service and give residents the chance to rate a variety of DPW services as well as make recommendations.
