The block is always quiet this time of the early morning so they caught my dogs attention. They were carrying on, and one of them was riding around in circles on the Noyes parking lot on a very small child's bike. I went onto my porch where I watched the male throw the bike into the bushes behind Noyes elementary and all of them head north on 10th street.

It is a small bright green and black Huffy for perhaps a 3-6 year old boy. If you "lost" your bike or know a little guy out there who might be missing his I would be very happy to reunite it with the owner.
