Person of Interest Sought in a Bank Robbery: 5700 Block of Connecticut Avenue, NW
(Washington, DC) –The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to a Bank Robbery which occurred at the Capital One Bank, located in the 5700 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW, on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at approximately 4:02 PM.
The subject was captured by the bank's surveillance cameras and is described as follows:
Black male, 20 years old, dark complexion, thin to medium build, with no facial hair. He was last seen wearing prescription glasses, a dark colored trapper hat, blue sweatshirt with the word "NIKE" across the chest, dark pants and boots.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099. Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
