      This is still happening in this alley daily. The police need to come through and tell them to move on.There is a no loitering sign posted there but that corner is a daily hangout and there is drinking in the open as well as extra traffic in the alley and yelling and other nuisance behavior.

      As you know, we have a recurring challenge with loitering, open consumptiopn of alcohol and drug sales at the top of the block in the alley...in and around the steps to the strip mall. Many seniors complain about the lack of access to the stores due to their presence.

      Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
