First District Officers in Cruisers 1042 responded to this location for a subject vandalizing/attempting to steal an SUV.  Upon their arrival, they located the individual inside the vehicle but this individual appeared to be asleep/unconscious.  DC Fire and Emergency Management Service (DC FEMS) Ambulance was requested and attended to this individual once on the scene.  DC FEMS transported this individual to the hospital for follow up treatment and MPD 1D Officers took a police report for Injured Persons to the Hospital and they determined no criminal acts had been committed.
