      MOB,
Still some interesting migrant shorebirds at Freezout Lake WMA this
morning. Semipalmated Sandpipers (10) at a couple spots (SE corner Main
Lake and Neck (Point P)). Pond 6 produced Least Sandpipers (8) and
nearly 200 Long-billed Dowitchers. One Pectoral Sandpiper at the Neck.
Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs at several locations. Pond 4 had quite a
few Red-necked Phalaropes at the south end and the NW Main Lake shore
      had six Stilt Sandpipers.
Two "left over" Snow Geese were seen, and the summer's four Trumpeter
      Swans were at Pond 6.
Many brown ducks are to be found in the ponds and about 800 Canada Geese
are in the Area. Many A. White Pelicans continue as do good numbers of
      "white" grebes (Western and Clark's)
