This is a forum for members of Mensa anywhere who are Humanists or are interested in Humanism to discuss their views and experiences.
A Humanist lives a moral and ethical lifestyle without the need for believing in a supernatural source of guidance or cause for our existence. Most Humanists would say that they are Atheists or, perhaps, Agnostics. They would also be likely to follow the Secularist aim of wanting to keep religion out of politics, education and other public aspects of life.
This an official e-SIG under British Mensa. One of the rules is that it must be open for all members of Mensa to join us. Those who are not Humanists are very welcome to join. Friendly discussion from any point of view can make this group even more interesting. Do not expect to convert anyone or to be converted. The prospect of getting to understand each other is becoming more and more important.
New members of the group are asked to confirm that they are members of Mensa. Please also mention where you are located and which National Mensa you belong to.

The logo used for this group is a version of the Happy Human that has been used by many Humanist groups and societies.
