Here is the information (and much more) I said I would send to you. It is a
"many-in-one" message, packed with important info. It is a combination of
various e-mails I have sent to others, so please bear with the somewhat
piecemeal and sometimes repetitive format. There is a lot of very
significant information herein of which everyone in this country should be
aware. The more people who know, the better.

      Please disseminate as you choose.

      Included in this message:

      - Rep. Ron Paul's website
      - The Liberty Committee website
      - The Liberty Committee Action Alert re the National ID
      - Link to Ron Paul's Speech and Introducing Legislation to Abolish the
      Federal Reserve
      - Kennedy's Executive Order 11110, (which got him assassinated for
going up against the Federal Reserve powers)
      - "What Does Freedom Really Mean?" article by Rep. Ron Paul [also
      titled "Democracy Is Not Freedom"]
      - "The Difference Between a Republic and A Democracy" article by
      Michael Ruiz

      Please disseminate as you choose.

      Best regards,

p.s. I noticed that the word "democratic" is used in your Mission
Statement. I highly recommend that you change this from "democratic" to
"republic" for obvious reasons which are discussed herein. The
mis-information should stop here, like the buck.

Subject: FW RE: Fwd Message: Guess Who?

You asked why I think it is Executive Order 11110 that got Kennedy
assassinated, and not something else he did to make someone mad enough who
had the connections to have him assassinated.

After I thought about it later, the answers were obvious. They were obvious
to me all along, but the actual words, details and explanation had not yet
come to my awareness at the time you asked.

You have heard many theories about why Kennedy was assassinated. There have
been many TV programs made about it. One thing that should stand out as
extremely significant to anyone who has knowledge of this Executive Order is
that in all of the programs made about the possible reasons for Kennedy
being assassinated, and who might have done it and why, not once did you
ever hear about this Executive Order included as a possible motive for
Kennedy's assassination. There was enormous motive for the powers that be,
who own and control the central banks and the Federal Reserve, to have
Kennedy assassinated. Yet this information was never mentioned in any
programs or reports about Kennedy's assassination, and for good reason. The
powers that be do not want the people to know about this, or about the
Federal Reserve - what it really is, the circumstances of how it came into
being, and that it is not Constitutional. Ron Paul, a U.S. Representative
from Texas, knows about the Federal Reserve and that it is not
Constitutional, and fortunately he introduced legislation in 2002 to abolish
the Federal Reserve [his speech is included in this message]. Although this
legislation has not been up for a vote, at least it was introduced and truth
      was spoken for the record.

The global elite also control the major media, so you wouldn't hear about
this motive through those channels. Other powerful evidence that this was
the reason for Kennedy's assassination is that the Treasury began printing
United States Notes after Kennedy signed EO 11110 . These United States
Notes were interest-free, which is certainly not the case with the Federal
Reserve Notes on which the country - taxpayers - pay enormous amounts of
interest (billions) to the privately owned central banks of the Federal
Reserve system. These US Notes were put into circulation after Kennedy
signed Executive Order 11110 were taken out of circulation shortly after
Kennedy was assassinated. Kennedy was assassinated shortly after he signed
EO 11110 and implemented the printing and circulation of the interest-free
US Notes as provided for in the Constitution. And, no more US Notes were
printed, even though EO 11110 is technically still in effect. As the
detectives say when determining motive in solving a murder case- "Follow the

The global elite control the private banks of the Federal Reserve and
control governments and financial institutions in other countries as well,
and they do not want this Order to be enacted in this country because it
would eliminate for them enormous amounts of money, power and control. Not
to mention that they would not relish the reaction of the people if the
majority of the people discover what has been happening and how they have
been manipulated, suppressed, and used. And there are some people who do
not want to know, because if they did realize the truth, then they would
have to admit that everything they have believed in has been a lie and that
they have been manipulated and duped (regarding the US government and
multinational corporations). Some people are not ready to see or admit
this. But fortunately, more and more are growing up and are ready for

I am very glad that Ron Paul is a man of high integrity and knowledge and
that he is speaking out about this in Congress. This is extremely brave and
honorable of him to do so. He is outspoken in congress about any introduced
legislation that does not comply with the Constitution, which is a lot these
days. Everyone should make sure that their representative supports Ron
Paul's efforts. If they don't, they need to elect someone who will, because
Ron Paul's efforts are for the good of the people, not the multinational
corporations - who have essentially bought and control our government. The
people need to reclaim their government, first by educating themselves, then
by speaking out - and go from there.

      To knowledge, joy and freedom.

I have combined many messages into this one e-mail. It is packed with
essential information for people to educate themselves to what has been
happening in this country for a long time.

You want to really do something that has the potential of making a real
difference? Study what this man has to say. He is a politician who is a
true statesman, he is someone who stands for the principles on which this
country, the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the
Constitution were founded upon . . . this is none other than Dr. Ron Paul,
of all things, a republican from Texas. He is a representative from Texas
in the U.S. House of Representatives. And certainly nothing like most other
republicans from Texas in our government these days!

      >>PS: Please forward this to as many people as you can. We
don't want this woman to even think of running for President. So, just how
many people can you send this to? It will take no more than 2 minutes.
Thanks [note: the message from which this excerpt was taken has not been
      included herein]

I propose you forward this message with Ron Paul's information (plus a
wealth of other info as well) to as many people as you can. It will take no
more than 2 minutes. This man has the best interests of the people at
heart, not the multinational corporations, as do so many politicians. It is
the people who should be giving this man, and the ideals for which he stands
regarding the sovereignty and freedom of the people, all the support they
can muster. Hillary Clinton is imbedded in the system, along with so many
other 'issues' out there these days to keep people muddled and entrenched in
the all-too-prevalent 'human drama' so that they will not raise their heads
up out of the sand, take a good look around, and see the real issues.
Besides, they are too busy working and trying to survive to have the time or
initiative to research all of this.

Oh, and by the way . . . how many people do you think know that our country
was founded as, and was/is intended to be, a Republic, not a Democracy? Why
do you think the Pledge of Allegiance states, ". . . and to the Republic,
for which it stands . . . ." It does not say " . . . and to the democracy
for which it stands . . . ." Also, the word "democracy" is found neither
in the Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence, our very founding
      documents, per Congressman Ron Paul.

Read Ron Paul's address on this very subject below.

I have included a fabulous-wealth treasure of information in this message,
if anyone is savvy enough to look for it and pursue it.

      Happy hunting . . . .

IMPORTANT ACTION ANYONE CAN TAKE: Also, everyone should go to the Liberty
Committee website and see if their Representative is listed on the Liberty
Caucus. If their Representative is not listed, they should contact their
Representative and ask them why they are not a member of the Liberty Caucus.
And, if their Representative does not support Ron Paul's efforts and will
not join the Liberty Committee, or Caucus, then they do not have their
constituent's best interests at heart and people should inform their
Representative that they do not intend to re-elect them and will find
someone to elect who actually supports the good of the people.

Are the terrorists winning? When al-Qaeda attacked the United States on
September 11, 2001, they made it clear they hate America and want to
      terrorize us into changing America.
If they could, the terrorists would destroy the unique American way of life.
But they can't. Only we can do that.
Tragically, too much of the legislation enacted by Congress in a knee-jerk
reaction to 9/11 does al-Qaeda's job for them. The Patriot Act took the
first, disastrous step toward fundamentally changing our way of life. Then
came the homeland security bill, followed by the 9/11 intelligence
reorganization bill. And now the Real ID Act of 2005 (H.R. 418) will be
      voted on Thursday, February 10th.
What's wrong with H.R. 418 -- a bill we are told will stem the flow of
illegal aliens through our porous borders? For starters, it does NOTHING to
stem the flow of illegal aliens. Instead, H.R. 418 will:
      1. Establish a national ID card.
      2. Establish a federally-coordinated database of personal information on
American citizens with Canada and Mexico.
      3. Use the new national ID to track American citizens when traveling outside
      the U.S.-and within the U.S.
      4. Re-define "terrorism" in broad new terms that could include members of
firearms rights and anti-abortion groups or other such groups as determined
by whoever is in power at the time.
      5. Authorize the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security to
unilaterally expand the information included in driver's licenses, including
such biometric information as retina scans and DNA information-and even
radio frequency identification (RFID) tracking technology. Carry a driver's
license with RFID and governmental officials will know your whereabouts
Incredibly, H.R. 418 does nothing to solve the growing threat to national
security posed by people who are already in the U.S. illegally. Instead,
H.R. 418 states what we already know: that certain people here illegally
are "deportable." But it does nothing to mandate deportation. H.R. 418
fails miserably on this most critical issue.
The Real ID Act or Real National ID Act will impose a Soviet-style internal
passport on law-abiding American citizens. Proponents of H.R. 418 say we
must "make sacrifices" like this to control our borders and fight illegal
immigration. But H.R. 418 is a Trojan horse-it pretends to offer
desperately needed border control in order to stampede Americans into
sacrificing what is uniquely American: more of our constitutionally
protected liberty. H.R. 418 does what al-Qaeda could never do without our
H.R. 418 does what legislation restricting firearm ownership does. It
punishes law-abiding citizens. Criminals will ignore it. H.R. 418 offers us
a false sense of greater security at the cost of taking a gigantic step
toward making America a police state. The terrorists will have won.
Urge your U.S. representative to vote "no" on H.R. 418. Go to

There are two topics in this message [actually 3, info on the 16th Amendment
has been added below as well]. One is regarding the difference between a
democracy and a republic (see the two articles: Democracy Is Not Freedom by
Rep. Ron Paul, and The Difference Between A Republic and A Democracy by
Michael Ruiz ), and the second is excellent information on IRS coding,
decoding, and tax deceptions (see the IMF Decoder information at the end of
      the article).

I >know personally several people who have obtained through the Freedom of
      >Information Act copies of their IRS IMF ("Internal Revenue Service" &
"Individual Master File"), had them decoded, corrected, and >re-filed

Here is a speech he gave to The House of Representatives on 9/10/02
regarding abolishing The Federal Reserve [HR 2778]. This took a lot of
fortitude and guts on his part to do this as two presidents have been
assassinated over the same issue. For a history and information on the
      Federal Reserve, see http://www.realityzone.com/creature.html

Quotes by Lincoln, Jefferson, and Mayer Anselm Rothschild:

      greatest foe." Abraham Lincoln

"If the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their

will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until
their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers

As Mayer Anselm Rothschild once said: "Permit me to issue and control the
money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws..."
      The Federal Reserve
      By Rep. Ron Paul, MD

In the House of Representatives, September 10, 2002

Mr. Speaker, I rise to introduce legislation to restore financial stability
to America's economy by abolishing the Federal Reserve. I also ask unanimous
consent to insert the attached article by Lew Rockwell, president of the
Ludwig Von Mises Institute, which explains the benefits of abolishing the
Fed and restoring the gold standard, into the record.

Since the creation of the Federal Reserve, middle and working-class
Americans have been victimized by a boom-and-bust monetary policy. In
addition, most Americans have suffered a steadily eroding purchasing power
because of the Federal Reserve's inflationary policies. This represents a
real, if hidden, tax imposed on the American people.

From the Great Depression, to the stagflation of the seventies, to the burst
of the dotcom bubble last year, every economic downturn suffered by the
country over the last 80 years can be traced to Federal Reserve policy. The
Fed has followed a consistent policy of flooding the economy with easy
money, leading to a misallocation of resources and an artificial "boom"
followed by a recession or depression when the Fed-created bubble bursts.

With a stable currency, American exporters will no longer be held hostage to
an erratic monetary policy. Stabilizing the currency will also give
Americans new incentives to save as they will no longer have to fear
inflation eroding their savings. Those members concerned about increasing
America's exports or the low rate of savings should be enthusiastic
      supporters of this legislation.

Though the Federal Reserve policy harms the average American, it benefits
those in a position to take advantage of the cycles in monetary policy. The
main beneficiaries are those who receive access to artificially inflated
money and/or credit before the inflationary effects of the policy impact the
entire economy. Federal Reserve policies also benefit big spending
politicians who use the inflated currency created by the Fed to hide the
true costs of the welfare-warfare state. It is time for Congress to put the
interests of the American people ahead of the special interests and their
      own appetite for big government.

Abolishing the Federal Reserve will allow Congress to reassert its
constitutional authority over monetary policy. The United States
Constitution grants to Congress the authority to coin money and regulate the
value of the currency. The Constitution does not give Congress the authority
to delegate control over monetary policy to a central bank. Furthermore, the
Constitution certainly does not empower the federal government to erode the
American standard of living via an inflationary monetary policy.

In fact, Congress' constitutional mandate regarding monetary policy should
only permit currency backed by stable commodities such as silver and gold to
be used as legal tender. Therefore, abolishing the Federal Reserve and
returning to a constitutional system will enable America to return to the
type of monetary system envisioned by our nation's founders: one where the
value of money is consistent because it is tied to a commodity such as gold.
Such a monetary system is the basis of a true free-market economy.

In conclusion, Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to stand up for working
Americans by putting an end to the manipulation of the money supply which
erodes Americans' standard of living, enlarges big government, and enriches
well-connected elites, by cosponsoring my legislation to abolish the Federal

WHY GOLD? By Llewellyn H. Rockwell, Jr. [ http://www.lewrockwell.com
      <http://www.lewrockwell.com> ]

As with all matters of investment, everything is clear in hindsight. Had you
bought gold mutual funds earlier this year, they might have appreciated more
than 100 percent. Gold has risen $60 since March 2001 to the latest spot
      price of $326.

Why wasn't it obvious? The Fed has been inflating the dollar as never
before, driving interest rates down to absurdly low levels, even as the
federal government has been pushing a mercantile trade policy, and New York
City, the hub of the world economy, continues to be threatened by terrorism.
The government is failing to prevent more successful attacks by not backing
down from foreign policy disasters and by not allowing planes to arm
themselves. These are all conditions that make gold particularly attractive.

Or perhaps it is not so obvious why this is true. It's been three decades
since the dollar's tie to gold was completely severed, to the hosannas of
mainstream economists. There is no stash of gold held by the Fed or the
Treasury that backs our currency system. The government owns gold but not as
a monetary asset. It owns it the same way it owns national parks and fighter
planes. It's just another asset the government keeps to itself.

The dollar, and all our money, is nothing more and nothing less than what it
looks like: a cut piece of linen paper with fancy printing on it. You can
exchange it for other currency at a fixed rate and for any good or service
at a flexible rate. But there is no established exchange rate between the
dollar and gold, either at home or internationally.

The supply of money is not limited by the amount of gold. Gold is just
another good for which the dollar can be exchanged, and in that sense is
legally no different from a gallon of milk, a tank of gas, or an hour of
      babysitting services.

Why, then, do people turn to gold in times like these? What is gold used
for? Yes, there are industrial uses and there are consumer uses in jewelry
and the like. But recessions and inflations don't cause people to want to
wear more jewelry or stock up on industrial metal. The investor demand
ultimately reflects consumer demand for gold. But that still leaves us with
the question of why the consumer demand exists in the first place. Why gold
and not sugar or wheat or something else?

There is no getting away from it: investor markets have memories of the days
when gold was money. In fact, in the whole history of civilization, gold has
served as the basic money of all people wherever it's been available. Other
precious metals have been valued and coined, but gold always emerged on top
in the great competition for what constitutes the most valuable commodity of

There is nothing intrinsic about gold that makes it money. It has certain
properties that lend itself to monetary use, like portability, divisibility,
scarcity, durability, and uniformity. But these are just descriptors of
certain qualities of the metal, not explanations as to why it became money.
Gold became money for only one reason: because that's what the markets

Why isn't gold money now? Because governments destroyed the gold standard.
Why? Because they regarded it as too inflexible. To be sure, monetary
inflexibility is the friend of free markets. Without the ability to create
money out of nothing, governments tend to run tight financial ships. Banks
are more careful about the lending when they can't rely on a lender of last
resort with access to a money-creation machine like the Fed.

A fixed money stock means that overall prices are generally more stable. The
problems of inflation and business cycles disappear entirely. Under the gold
standard, in fact, increased market productivity causes prices to generally
decline over time as the purchasing power of money increases.

In 1967, Alan Greenspan once wrote an article called Gold and Economic
Freedom. He wrote that: "An almost hysterical antagonism toward the gold
standard is one issue which unites statists of all persuasions. They seem to
sense perhaps more clearly and subtly than many consistent defenders of
laissez-faire that gold and economic freedom are inseparable, that the
gold standard is an instrument of laissez-faire and that each implies and
requires the other. . . . This is the shabby secret of the welfare statists'
tirades against gold. Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the
confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It
stands as a protector of property rights."

He was right. Gold and freedom go together. Gold money is both the result of
freedom and its leading protector. When money is as good as gold, the
government cannot manipulate the supply for its own purposes. Just as the
rule of law puts limits on the despotic use of police power, a gold standard
puts extreme limits on the government's ability to spend, borrow, and
otherwise create crazy unworkable programs. It is forced to raise its
revenue through taxation, not inflation, and generally keep its house in

Without the gold standard, government is free to work with the Fed to
inflate the currency without limit. Even in our own times, we've seen
governments do that and thereby spread mass misery. Now, all governments are
stupid but not all are so stupid as to pull stunts like this. Most of the
time, governments are pleased to inflate their currencies so long as they
don't have to pay the price in the form of mass bankruptcies, falling
      exchange rates, and inflation.

In the real world, of course, there is a lag time between cause and effect.
The Fed has been inflating the currency at very high levels for longer than
a year. The consequences of this disastrous policy are showing up only
recently in the form of a falling dollar and higher gold prices. And so what
does the Fed do? It is pulling back now. For the first time in nearly ten
years, some measures of money (M2 and MZM) are showing a falling money
stock, which is likely to prompt a second dip in the continuing recession.

Greenspan now finds himself on the horns of a very serious dilemma. If he
continues to pull back on money, the economy could tip into a serious
recession. This is especially a danger given rising protectionism, which
mirrors the events of the early 1930s. On the other hand, a continuation of
the loose policy he has pursued for a year endangers the value of the dollar

How much easier matters were when we didn't have to rely on the wisdom of
exalted monetary central planners like Greenspan. Under the gold standard,
the supply of money regulated itself. The government kept within limits.
Banks were more cautious. Savings were high because credit was tight and
saving was rewarded. This approach to economics is the foundation of a
      sustainable prosperity.

We don't have that system now for the country or the world, but individuals
are showing their preferences once again. By driving up the price of gold,
prompting gold producers to become profitable again, the people are
expressing their lack of confidence in their leaders. They have decided to
protect themselves and not trust the state. That is the hidden message
behind the new luster of gold.

Is a gold standard feasible again? Of course. The dollar could be redefined
in terms of gold. Interest rates would reflect the real supply and demand
for credit. We could shut down the Fed and we would never need to worry
again what the chairman of the Fed wanted. There was a time when Greenspan
was nostalgic for such a system. Investors of the world have come to embrace
this view even as Greenspan has completely abandoned it. What keeps the gold
standard from becoming a reality again is the love of big government and
war. If we ever fall in love with freedom again, the gold standard will once
more become a hot issue in public debate.

Quotes by Lincoln, Jefferson, and Mayer Anselm Rothschild:

"I have two great enemies, the Southern Army in front of me and the
financial institutions in the rear. Of the two, the one in the rear is my
      greatest foe." Abraham Lincoln

"If the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their
currencies, first by inflation and then by deflation, the corporation that
will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until
their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers
      conquered." Thomas Jefferson

As Mayer Anselm Rothschild once said: "Permit me to issue and control the
money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws..."
On June 4th, 1963, President Kennedy signed a presidential document, called
Executive Order 11110, which further amended Executive order 10289 of
September 19th, 1951. This gave Kennedy, as President of the United States,
legal clearance to create his own money to run the country, money that would
belong to the people, an interest and debt-free money. He had printed United
States Notes, completely ignoring the Federal Reserve Notes from the private
      banks of the Federal Reserve.

Our records show that Kennedy issued $4,292,893,825 of cash money. It was
perfectly obvious that Kennedy was out to undermine the Federal Reserve
      System of the United States.

But it was only a few months later, in November of 1963, that the world
received the shocking news of President Kennedy's assassination. No reason
was given, of course, for anyone wanting to commit such an atrocious crime.
But for those who knew anything about money and banking, it did not take
long to put the pieces of the puzzle together. For surely, President Kennedy
must have had it in mind to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and
return back to the United States Congress the power to create its own money.

It is interesting to note that, only one day after Kennedy's assassination,
all the United States notes which Kennedy had issued were called out of

      Democracy Is Not Freedom

      What does Freedom Really Mean?
      February 7, 2005
".man is not free unless government is limited. There's a clear
cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics:
      As government expands, liberty contracts."
      ~ Ronald Reagan

We've all heard the words democracy and freedom used countless
times, especially in the context of our invasion of Iraq. They are used
interchangeably in modern political discourse, yet their true meanings are
      very different.
George Orwell wrote about "meaningless words" that are endlessly
repeated in the political arena. Words like "freedom," "democracy," and
"justice," Orwell explained, have been abused so long that their original
meanings have been eviscerated. In Orwell's view, political words were
"Often used in a consciously dishonest way." Without precise meanings behind
words, politicians and elites can obscure reality and condition people to
reflexively associate certain words with positive or negative perceptions.
In other words, unpleasant facts can be hidden behind purposely meaningless
language. As a result, Americans have been conditioned to accept the word
"democracy" as a synonym for freedom, and thus to believe that democracy is
      unquestionably good.
The problem is that democracy is not freedom. Democracy is simply
majoritarianism, which is inherently incompatible with real freedom. Our
founding fathers clearly understood this, as evidenced not only by our
republican constitutional system, but also by their writings in the
Federalist Papers and elsewhere. James Madison cautioned that under a
democratic government, "There is nothing to check the inducement to
sacrifice the weaker party or the obnoxious individual." John Adams argued
that democracies merely grant revocable rights to citizens depending on the
whims of the masses, while a republic exists to secure and protect
pre-existing rights. Yet how many Americans know that the word "democracy"
is found neither in the Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence,
      our very founding documents?
A truly democratic election in Iraq, without U.S. interference and
U.S. puppet candidates, almost certainly would result in the creation of a
Shiite theocracy. Shiite majority rule in Iraq might well mean the complete
political, economic, and social subjugation of the minority Kurd and Sunni
Arab populations. Such an outcome would be democratic, but would it be free?
Would the Kurds and Sunnis consider themselves free? The administration
talks about democracy in Iraq, but is it prepared to accept a
democratically-elected Iraqi government no matter what its attitude toward
the U.S. occupation? Hardly. For all our talk about freedom and democracy,
the truth is we have no idea whether Iraqis will be free in the future.
They're certainly not free while a foreign army occupies their country. The
real test is not whether Iraq adopts a democratic, pro-western government,
but rather whether ordinary Iraqis can lead their personal, religious,
social, and business lives without interference from government.
Simply put, freedom is the absence of government coercion. Our
Founding Fathers understood this, and created the least coercive government
in the history of the world. The Constitution established a very limited,
decentralized government to provide national defense and little else.
States, not the federal government, were charged with protecting individuals
against criminal force and fraud. For the first time, a government was
created solely to protect the rights, liberties, and property of its
citizens. Any government coercion beyond that necessary to secure those
rights was forbidden, both through the Bill of Rights and the doctrine of
strictly enumerated powers. This reflected the founders' belief that
democratic government could be as tyrannical as any King.
Few Americans understand that all government action is inherently
coercive. If nothing else, government action requires taxes*. If taxes* were
freely paid, they wouldn't be called taxes*, they'd be called donations. If
we intend to use the word freedom in an honest way, we should have the
simple integrity to give it real meaning: Freedom is living without
government coercion. So when a politician talks about freedom for this group
or that, ask yourself whether he is advocating more government action or
The political left equates freedom with liberation from material
wants, always via a large and benevolent government that exists to create
equality on earth. To modern liberals, men are free only when the laws of
economics and scarcity are suspended, the landlord is rebuffed, the doctor
presents no bill, and groceries are given away. But philosopher Ayn Rand
(and many others before her) demolished this argument by explaining how such
"freedom" for some is possible only when government takes freedoms away from
others. In other words, government claims on the lives and property of those
who are expected to provide housing, medical care, food, etc. for others are
coercive - and thus incompatible with freedom. "Liberalism," which once
stood for civil, political, and economic liberties, has become a synonym for
      omnipotent coercive government.
The political right equates freedom with national greatness brought
about through military strength. Like the left, modern conservatives favor
an all-powerful central state - but for militarism, corporatism, and
faith-based welfarism. Unlike the Taft-Goldwater conservatives of
yesteryear, today's Republicans are eager to expand government spending,
increase the federal police apparatus, and intervene militarily around the
world. The last tenuous links between conservatives and support for smaller
government have been severed. "Conservatism," which once meant respect for
tradition and distrust of active government, has transformed into
      big-government utopian grandiosity.
Orwell certainly was right about the use of meaningless words in
politics. If we hope to remain free, we must cut through the fog and attach
concrete meanings to the words politicians use to deceive us. We must
reassert that America is a republic, not a democracy, and remind ourselves
that the Constitution places limits on government that no majority can
overrule. We must resist any use of the word "freedom" to describe state
action. We must reject the current meaningless designations of "liberals"
and "conservatives," in favor of an accurate term for both: statists.
Every politician on earth claims to support freedom. The problem is
so few of them understand the simple meaning of the word.

The Difference Between A Republic and A Democracy
      By Michael Ruiz

Constitution for the United States of America, Article IV Section,
      4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a
      Republican Form of Government.

The United States was founded upon the principles of a
Constitutional Republic. As the Constitution states we are guaranteed a
Republican form of government. The nation is NOT a democracy republic and we
should demand that our leaders, and ourselves, stop referring to the United
States as such. The United States should be spreading "Constitutional
Republicanism" throughout the world, not democracy.

What Is The Difference Between A Democracy And A Republic?

"Republic, A commonwealth; that form of government in which the
administration of affairs is open to all the citizens. In another sense, it
signifies the state, independent of its government." -Black's Law Dictionary
      3rd Ed. p 1536.

Republic, Authority is derived through the election, by the people,
of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property
is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic
procedure. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord
with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to
consequences. A greater number of citizens and extent of territory may be
brought within its compass. Avoids the dangers of either tyranny or
mobocracy. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment
and progress. -U.S. Army training manual, 1928

"Democracy, a government of the masses. Authority derived through
mass meetings or any form of direct expression, which results in mobocracy.
Attitude towards property is communistic, negating property rights. Attitude
towards the law is that the majority shall regulate, whether it be based
upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without
restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demagoguism, license,
      agitation, discontent, and anarchy."
      -U.S. Army training manual 1928

What does that mean? Most people have been taught that the state is
the government. But here Black's Law Dictionary says the state is
independent from the government. In another place we find the word republic

Republic - "A state or nation in which the supreme power rests in
      all the citizens... A state or nation with a president as its titular head;
      distinguished from monarchy."

In this definition we see again that the supreme power is in the
hands of the citizen-who is entitled to vote. The representatives are in
charge of administrating the affairs of government. In the third definition
it states that the singular executive is titular. Titular is defined as,
"existing in the title or name only."

It should be obvious to the reader that the results democracy has
had on our Republic for the last 80 years has seriously imperiled the
      survival of the nation.

Before we go farther it should be understood that in a republic a
Freeman was free from civil authority. The word Republic was used in the
Constitution because the Founders and separatists of the time knew its
origins. It is a shortened form of the Latin idiom "Libera res Publica"
meaning "free from things public." The heads of the government were
"titular" in authority, meaning they held authority "in name only." In an
indirect democracy the mob (majority) elects those that govern the whole,
while in a republic elected representatives wield limited authority and they
may not make laws except by the will of the people.

Samuel Adams stated, on August 1, 1770 within one month of the
signing of the Declaration of Independence:

"Our Union is complete; our constitution composed, established, and
approved. You are now the guardians of your own liberties. We may justly
address you, as the decemviri did the Romans, and say:
"Nothing that we propose can pass into law without your consent. Be
yourself, O Americans, the authors of those laws on which your happiness

      The People Are Sovereign

The sovereignty of a state does not reside in the persons who fill
the different departments of its government, but in the People, from whom
the government emanated; and only the People may change it at their
discretion. Sovereignty, then, in this country, abides with the
constituency, and not with the agent; and this remark is true, both in
reference to the federal and state government.

"The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect
      to a state." 153/n re Merriam, 36 N.E. 505, 141N.Y. 479, affirmed 16S. Ct.
      1073, 163 U.S. 625, 41 L.Ed 287; 20 CJS, Section 1785.
People of a state are entitled to all the rights which formerly
belonged to the king by his prerogative. -Lansing v.
      Smith, 21 D. 89

Today the government is referenced as the United States Federal
Democracy even though at the beginnings of government the word Republic was
the title most sought and most used. Is there a difference? Of course there
is. Everyone has seen the results of democracy:

      1. The decline of morality
      2. The decline of individual liberty
      3. The demagoguery of political candidates
      4. The licentious disregard for the law that is evidenced daily by
      government officials
      5. The discontent of the people for the political process
      6. The abuses of federal agencies and bureaucracies against citizens

Simply stated' the differences between a republican and democratic
      form of government are:

In a Democracy, the will of the majority outweighs the will of the
      few, or of the individual.

In a Republic, the will of the individual outweighs the will of the
      few, or of the majority.

In a Republic, the government cannot force you to give them anything
that the Constitution does not give them the power to take.

In a Democracy, the government can take away anything that the
"masses" decide is legitimate to remove.

A Republic finances itself through legitimate taxes and fees that
were specifically spelled out in its Constitution.

A Democracy finances itself through illegitimate licenses, fees,
fines, and other statutory penalties, as well as repressive progressive
      income taxes.

What exactly does this mean? It means that in a Democracy, whatever
the masses decide is right or law, is right and the law for "everyone."
Regardless if you like it or not, even if it tramples your right to own
property or exercise your individual liberty. In a Republic, no individual
or any majority or any group of people, no matter how large can supercede
the rights of any single individual citizen.

It is also important to understand and embrace the idea that
politicians hold office to serve the constituents that elected them. They
cannot make new law unless the People they represent demand it. Politicians
do not hold office to promote their own ideologies or to promote their own
activist agendas. They are not there to vote their conscience, they are
there to vote the will of their constituents. If we do not tell them how to
vote they shall not vote. The reason that some of the representatives in the
original colonies did not vote to become members in the United States is
because their constituents did not tell them to vote one way or the other.
That is the role of the politicians in a Republic and this is the role they
must take if they are to fulfill their oaths of office and uphold the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights. And if they falter in this Sacred Trust
then they must be removed by election or by force.

We must retake and reestablish our right to liberty, self-governance
and sovereignty before it is too late.
