5 parties won electorate (district) seats.
7 parties won party list seats.

The party list seats are used to get the seat percentages closer to the party
      vote percentages.

      Note ---- 100 percent/ 120 seats = average 0.83 percent per seat

The sum of the negative amounts in Diff column is -4.90 ---- which means
the system is about 95 percent accurate.

The average single member district gerrymander system in the U.S.A. for a
      house of a State Legislature is about 58-62 percent semi-accurate ---- 58-62
percent of the voter vote for an elected legislator, 38- 42 percent of the
voters do NOT. About 28-30 percent of the voters elect a bare majority of the
house involved -- party gerrymander control percentage.
