I live in the Raleigh area now, instead of Wilson. (where gays get beat up) There are a lot more things happening here. Like yesterday there was an "Out!Raleigh" festival. Its different than pride and a lot of fun!! I was active in New England to get rights years ago, I plan on starting to volunteer here too. One U.S. state at a time.
The problem with such a small community is dating. LOL I swear everyone knows or dated everyone else, or has an opinion about them. Yea...I'll stay single for a long time.
I hear Asheville is a great place. I'll have to visit there someday.
