RE: May LP General By-Law warrant article
Next week for us through the meeting on Thursday is very busy with meetings and preparation. Early the following week is preferred, however don't let my schedule interrupt discussion on the General Bylaw. If the meeting is scheduled for next week please let us know we will do our best to attend.

The Board of Selectmen and the TA has asked that I meet with you, DPW, and Town Engineer re: my submitted LP warrant articles for May Town Meeting.
I am available most days from 9AM to 5PM and 7-10 PM except Wed. mornings.
The BoS chairman, Ralph Patuto, did not specify the exact subject matter or the amount of time needed.
I regard the recent increase in Burlington Light Pollution, especially the number of new horizontally pointed lumenaires, to indicate that self-regulation without by-laws has been ineffective, despite the existing resolutions in the By-laws to reduce energy waste.
Please let me know what time is convenient for you and staff.
