      Individuals can not easily think that far ahead. Markets - a collective
      of interested individuals - can do a better job, especially when
      governments enforce rights to a healthy earth and a share of that
      earth. Perhaps one reason we get so little progress in endeavors (which
      should be spelled "endevrz") such as mass transit and education is the
      state granted perpetuity conflicting with innovation.
