The Taming of the Shrew - by Angie Higgins and Sharon Salazar
In the rough-and-tumble world of the wild, wild west we find the
tumultuous love affair of Kate and Petruchio. Thought around
town to be a filly who can't be broken, Petruchio sets out to show
the local citizens that he has what it takes to bring this wild
      woman 'round.
Little does he know that Fate has a surprise for him and she might
not be the only one who gets tamed. Come see the hillarious antics as
these two-of-a-kind creatures come in the showdown of the year.
Romeo and Juliet - Directed by Larry Barrott
Perhaps the best known love story of all time, Fate guides us through
the tragic tale of Romeo and Juliet as it takes the stage this
      summer.

Our beloved internal combustion engine has gotten us into a
whole lot of trouble namely, pollution, price, and politics.
Is there really an efficient, affordable, clean, safe
alternative on the horizon? You've probably heard a lot of talk
about hydrogen fuel cells a source of electricity that could
power cars whose exhaust would be clean enough to drink
(water!). But this technology presents its own challenges, like
the amount of energy it takes to isolate pure hydrogen, and the
potential to create pollutants in the process. Presented in
conjunction with the American Chemical Society, tonight's talk
will focus on this and other alternative energy technologies,
and will feature selected clips from Nova's fun and friendly
      new ScienceNOW programming.
