      ** ALL CHANGE **

Two new items for you to note.

Firstly, welcome to the new Lambeth Cyclists e-mail group (Yahoo groups)! This has been set up so that the e-mail bulletins are far more efficiently handled.

Note also the new e-mail address that goes with this group: lambeth_cyclists@...

The old one will still run for several weeks until all respondents are informed of the new address.

This group is not intended as a ‘forum’ in the vein of other e-groups, so you’ll only receive e-mails from Lambeth Cyclists about meetings and events as before. This should only be about less than once a month on average. Note though you can write to us on any matter either by e-mail to the above, or by post for the attention of Lambeth Cyclists, c/o London Cycling Campaign (Unit 228), 30 Great Guildford Street, London SE1 0HS. Due to lack of space letters for publication cannot be published in their entirety in the newsletter but eventually any such letters will be going on our website, which does have a discussion area anyway:  http://www.lambethcyclists.net/ Check it out!

The second thing to note is new dates and times for meetings. For the remainder of this year until November these are now on the FOURTH Tuesday of each month, at 8.30pm. So our next meeting is now Tuesday 27th February, 8.30pm, upstairs meeting room at the Bread & Roses pub, Clapham Manor Street, London SW4.

At this meeting we have arranged for a short talk to be given by Katy Shaw, Democratic Services Officer from Lambeth Council, on the proposed new structures for the Council. As well as having a general impact on the borough, proposals could well affect the means by which Lambeth Cyclists deal with the Council in the future.

       See you there!
