      BURGLARY
      DATE & TIME: 09/29/09, 1330 hours
      LOCATION: 430 S. Wilton Place
      NO. OF VICTIMS:One
      NO. OF SUSPECTS: Two
      COMMENTS: Suspect one (posed as a repair man) knocked on the door and
      advised the victim that the building next door was leaking and that he needed to
      access their water pipes to run some test. Victim let the suspects inside the residence. Suspect one then asked the victim and his wife to run the water in the
      kitchen and the bathroom and after staying in the kitchen and bathroom area for approximately 30 minutes, the victim and his wife stopped receiving verbal
      instructions from the suspects. The wife then went back to the living room to
      check on the suspects but discovered the suspects where gone and as well as her
      diamond rings that were on top of the living room dresser. An inventory check
      revealed most of the victim's wife jewelry was gone as well as money from her
      purse.
