Guess the future of our area of Melrose will become even more congested in the future - with all the construction being planned
      Yikes!

The Land Use Committee of the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council and the GWNC itself, along with the Larchmont Village Neighborhood Assn., have discussed this thoroughly at their Feb. 27, March 13 and 14th meetings and continue agendizing this matter for March 27 (GWNC Land Use Committee, 6:30 p.m.) and will stay on top of it through and beyond the May 23rd City Planning public hearing date. There is a synopsis of the issue on the www.greaterwilshire.org website under the March 14 GWNC general meeting agenda, where the Feb. 27 discussion w/ the developer (and adjacent property owner Victor Brundo of Conway Studios was present and spoke up) took place. Myriad questions were asked. The property is between Gramercy and St.Andrews place on the south side of Melrose.

          I will keep you posted.
