Serve as an advanced level consultant/facilitator and corporate project leader who is a subject matter expert in process management, process improvement, and project management techniques that lead large cross-functional, complex projects and/or support a process management team. Achieve project results with appropriate controls in place so that corporate leaders can sustain results.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, business, mathematics or finance; (operational leadership, quality process improvement or project leadership) or equivalent work experience
Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
4-6 years of relatable experience:
A minimum of five years of experience with successfully running Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects, Lean Projects, or other process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated strong analytical /problem solving ability.
Demonstrated extensive knowledge of project management, process improvement, and problem solving tools and principles, and other change management techniques.
Demonstrated experience in successfully driving cross-functional projects to completion, using standard project management tools and techniques.
Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively organize and conduct meetings, working sessions, planning sessions and process improvement events with teams, leaders and officers in an engaging manner.
Demonstrated analytical, strategic and tactical thinking skills and abilities, with a proficiency in math and statistics.
PC knowledge, including the use of spreadsheets, process mapping, project management, presentation, word processing and statistical analysis software (Minitab) preferably in a Microsoft environment.
Ability to work in a self-directed environment or in a collaborative team environment.
Highly effective interpersonal and group communication skills, including conflict management, negotiation, ability to influence, strong presentation, motivational, change management and teaching skills.
Extensive knowledge of corporate processes and health care/insurance industry preferred. Ability to see bigger picture and teach those skills to others.
