The Louisiana/Mississip pi Bicycle Racing Association had its regional championships on a mile circuit finishing in front of the New Orleans Museum of Art. The Championships brought together top riders from Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. The top 3 finishers: Chris Alexander, Tim Regan and Bain Foote all advance to the National Championships..
