      Hello everyone,

Up to Sat (some two and a half weeks now), the
multiple Calliope males and females remained very
actively feeding and buzzing around in the early
morning around the back of the nature center at Eaton
Canyon Pasadena. Look around trail markers 8-11, near
the bladderpod bush behind the nature center (also a
female and male Costa's) and straight east on the last
trail area across from trail marker 10. Activity dies
down at around 10 AM or earlier when hotter. They
seem to feed more often and longer during cool cloudy
      days like today.

      Regards,
