Hi Farrah, I am a member of Ancestry.co.uk which is part of Ancestry.com. There are different prices for whatever you wish to do. When you checked your grandparents as arriving in England because you are in India, it comes under "world" research and is much more expensive. I have a yearly subscription which is for U.K. records only, but I refuse to pay more for overseas records. They will give you 14 days free trial, then they want your card to charge you for membership. You can do it by either annually, monthly etc. May I suggest that first you check out other websites such as the National Archives in London, as Ancestry records are sponsored by The National Archives. Then there are other sites for example FindMyPast.com. FamilySearch.com
