      It makes sense about being in Latin, as it was said back in 1800 that if you knew Latin, you could travel through all the countries  of Europe and be understood. some countries did not evolve as quickly as others and could still be using Latin.

      This is the address for the prison records of those arrested after deportation - it is not in english, but at least it's Latin script! If anyone would like a printable image of the Cyrillic to stick on the envelope, I can email it. Is there a suitable place for the image on the KS website?
