Zaoziorje was quite a sizeable posiolek in Archangelskaja oblast.
There were 495 persons there from Pinsk area mainly.
Sure enough the two families of Bogielski were there from Torebierzewo ? , Stolin. They arrived there on 24th February 1940 till the amnesty in September 1941.

Antoni Bogielski was not listed in Karta nor in 'Memorial' lists.
If you can obtain a book called PAMIAC (Memory) in Belarussian for Stolin area you may find some details of his disappearance. It is not easy to obtain such a book; published by BELTA , MINSK in 2003.
As regards Posiolek ROSKI ?in Plesiecki rajon; well I do not know of one, but perhaps Janusz might have some views on its location.
I would add that there were sub-posiolki in Archangelskaya (I was in one for a short period before being moved to a larger posiolek) and Karta had not listed them as they were not permanent; so your uncle may have been in one.
Certainly it would be helpful to see how your uncle wrote this name in his deposition which you say is at Hoover.
Please do not consider the search as a nuisance.
