Re: [Kresy-Siberia] Prince Czartoryski
- View SourceDear Eduard,Many thanks for sending me the address. I never expected two people to contact me about the family. I will write to Jerzy. My family often travelled through Holland on on our way to Poland in the when I was young in the 1970s and 1980s. I used to navigate for dad as we drove across Europe, and can still see the roadsigns for Antwerpen today. I always remember what a beautiful country it was and such friendly people.Best wishes,Marek Lewcun (Bath, England)

Does anyone know this name from 1940-1945? My late father served alongside 'Prince Czartoryski' , and in the 1950s/1960s overheard the name Czartoryski on a bus in near, Bath , UK , and discovered that his son (name unknown) was a fellow passenger. I see on the internet that the surname goes some way back in the Polish royal family, but there is nothing about the later family. Are they still alive? All help would be welcomed.
