what charges in Karta you mean ? They are altruistic and don't take
any charges for researches in their archives.
In Indeks Represjonowanych they try to implement records about any
Polish citizens, which were sent to Siberia and for whom they have
any archival proof of that. That's why if they couldn't find any
document about particular person in Russian or Polish archives, they
didn't add name of such person into the Indeks.
I'm happy that at least Karta Foundation took initiative and started
Indeks Represjonowanyc project. Unfortunately any Polish institution
didn't raise such idea and made it itself first.
