the best way to find birth, death and marriage records is to contact churches in any area for Roman Catholic or any other faiths.
In Polish culture is is customary to contact your Parish for all life events.
In this case one would search for "Radzionkow Parafia" or "Tarnowskie Gory Parafia".
We in the west contact our Gov't first to register..but in Poland we are still a bit traditionali and are very close to Parish life. Therefore, it might be done twice since we we call on the priest to perform the ceremony of Baptismal, Marriage or Last
Rights at Death.
Hope it helps
p.s. love your poems...

Does anyone in the group know where I can trace records of interment in
My grandparents died in 1982 and 1988 and were buried in a graveyard in
Slask, possibly in Tarnowskie Gory or Radzionkow. I do not have the
name of the graveyard but I do have two photos of the grave taken by my
parents (now deceased) in 1988 and 1990, so I know it exists.
I would like to visit the grave but need to find out where it is. Who
would hold records of burials for this area? Any help would be greatly
