I have already checked the Karta website for all my relatives. My parents names were Jan and Jozefa Nawara and my grandparents Jacob and Agnieska Nawara and Michal and Maria Wojcik. I have found my mothers and maternal grandfathers names on a red cross list showing that they were taken to Ifanda, (I knew this already) but it doesn't tell me where they came from. The period between 1939 and 1943 are blank at the
mo.I do wonder whether the persons mentioned could be some kind of relatives as Nawara doesn't seem to be a common name. My mother did tell me that they were chopping trees whilst in Siberia, does this narrow the search any?
