I know that this has been mentioned before but …..Are you aware of the above BBC site?
This site is going to be closed (for contributions) at the end of November … so there’s not much time left ……
There is hardly any mention of the Polish II corps, or the deportations to Siberia …
This is the only article about Monte Cassino and the only mention of Poles is the quote below.

I urge as many members as possible to send in contributions, they don’t have to be long or very detailed; a short summary is better than nothing. A short story is more likely to be read than a long one anyway.
