I have not heard of any compensation given to widows of Katyn victims. Possible information sources:
IPN is asking for people who have been victimized by the Katyn crime to get in touch with them. They have a long article, titled, "Decision to commence investigation into Katyn Massacre," dated, 30 Nov 2004.
Any person directly victimized by the Katyn crime could file a claim with the European Court of Human Rights to see what happens:
