However on Friday, November 1,

infirm were cut significantly from food stamp benefit allotments and may

I am asking you
to do two things as we approach the cold weather and the holiday season.
is to bring at least a shopping bag twice a month of nourishing canned goods,
baby food, powdered milk and other wholesome foods to your local food bank for
distribution. If you can't deliver the food, write a check for donation to help
them buy needed inventory.
The American people
need to step in and help when the government fails. Lives are at stake and you
can help. We are our neighbors' keepers. Many of us are one paycheck away from
either being homeless or needing food stamps. Please be generous. 'Tis the
season...teach your children...You'll be glad you did. Please share and like
