From Governor-Elect Dick England: He has information about next year's ('09) cruise to the lovely island of Bermuda. It's not too early to start thinking about vacations for next year, and if you haven't sailed with us before to Bermuda, '09 will be the perfect opportunity to meet our Bermudian friends and experience this tropical paradise first hand. It would make a great holiday gift for the one you love, so start saving your pennies now. The ship next year is the "Norwegian Spirit." This will be the first time the Spirit will have sailed out of Boston to Bermuda. She is a much larger ship, and much heavier, at 25,000 TONS (2,000 lbs/ton) heavier than the "Dream." Whoo, Whoo!! This means a much smoother ride in heavy seas. Prices start at $985.30 per person for an inside cabin, to $1,375.30 per person for the balcony deck. This includes all port and government taxes and fuel surcharges.* Jackie & I would love to see as many of our Kiwanis friends as possible on the "Spirit" to Bermuda next year. More information will be forthcoming at a later date. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please call Bob Tandy at 978-372-9890 or Steve Shiff at Colby Corner Travel at 978-535-1952. Thanks very much to Bob Tandy for arranging this wonderful trip to Bermuda on the Norwegian "Princess." Thanks also go to Steve Shiff at Colby Corner Travel in Peabody for treating us so well on these cruises.

*Government taxes may be subject to changes next year.
