OPERATION HOLIDAY CHEER is in full swing! Lead clubs throughout New England and New York have been identified and are soliciting corporate donors for this worthy Kiwanis cause launched by the Kiwanis Club of Gorham, ME. Over 8,000 gifts were shipped throughout Maine in 2007! With over 65,000 children with parents serving in the military living in New England and New York. WE NEED YOUR HELP to ensure that no child that has already sacrificed so much, be refused a gift due to lack of funds. There is a huge media blitz beginning in November on CBS, Time Warner Cable, radio stations and newspapers throughout New England and New York in support of this project with Kiwanis as the benefactor. If you know of businesses that can benefit from tremendous sponssorship opportunities or your club can help, please call Marc Badeau at (207)221-0296.
