      Hi Diane

      Here's what's on the menu.

      I have some interesting offerings for this year;

      10am-11:30am
      SUP-Yoga

Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years, and currently, close
to 11 million Americans are enjoying its health benefits.  Now for a
new twist on an old practice, SUP-Yoga.  Combining the series of yoga
poses called asanas, SUP-Yoga works by safely stretching your muscles
while experiencing the dynamic elemental connection that a SUP Board
provides.  The effect is defusing of stress, focusing of the mind, and
is also a lot of fun playing with water.  Never tried Yoga?  Never
tried SUP? Now you can try both with The River Connection and the Inner
      Light Health Spa.

Pre-registration required.  5 participant maximum.  SUP Boards, Paddles
and PFDs provided by The River Connection.  Yoga Instruction provided
by the Inner Light Health Spa of Hyde Park, NY.

      12pm-1:30pm
Forward Stroke Clinic - Join Marshall Seddon, The River Connection,
Inc. Owner/Lead Kayak-SUP Instructor/Avid Marathon Kayak Racer to fine
tune your Forward Stroke so you can go further, faster, easier with a
more biomechanically advantageous Forward Stroke.  Open to all kayakers
with their own kayak, paddle and pfd.

Pre-registration required.  Class size maximum = 10 adult participants

      2pm-3:30pm
iSUP - Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding

Never SUP-ed or Surfed - No Worries

We start off with the Basics: balance on your SUP: the basic stance,
how to hold the paddle, how to step up on the board, and how to safely
fall off your board and climb back on it.  Once comfortable with the
Board we demonstrate and put into play the basic strokes that you will
need to navigate your SUP in the direction you want to go: the forward
stroke, how to switch sides with the paddle, the sweep turn, and the
      back paddle.

Pre-registration required. 6 participant maximum.  SUP Boards, Paddles
and PFDs provided by The River Connection and Tahoe SUP Boards.

      See you on the water,
      Marshall Seddon
