Hilton mom holds class at Peacock
Show to instruct women on social skills, then cut 'em

Like daughter, like mother: Kathy Hilton -- mother of "The Simple
Life" star Paris Hilton -- has landed her own reality series at NBC.
Peacock has ordered eight episodes of "The Good Life," which will
follow Hilton as she teaches 10 young women how to fit into high
society.
Based out of New York's Waldorf-Astoria hotel, contestants will learn
different skills each week -- and Hilton will eliminate one woman
each week who failed to perfect the task. Sources close to the
project call it "My Fair Lady" meets "The Apprentice."
But even as they're voted off, contestants will still score a hefty
prize. And the ultimate "Good Life" winner will receive a year's stay
at the Waldorf-Astoria as well as a car, clothing and jewelry. Hilton
will also use her connections to find the champ a job in one of
several industries, such as fashion or publishing.
Paul Buccieri has joined forces with Endemol USA to produce "The Good
Life"; the team is already paired up on Fox's upcoming Oscar de la
Hoya project, "The Next Great Champ".
Hilton and her husband, Rick, until now best known as the parents of
wild children Paris and Nicky, will both produce. - Next post in topic >>
