To discuss the ancient art of traditional milk kefir of Caucasus cultured with kefir-grains, and water kefir prepared with sugary kefir-grains. We welcome discussion of other culture food-products, some of which are explained at the owner's [Dom] extensive site.
Discussing health-enhancing benefits of cultured-foods is encouraged.

They may obtain quality live cultures of milk kefir-grains, sugary kefir-grains, Viili, Matsoni [aka Caspian Sea Yogurt], Kombucha and Jun from Dom, the list owner. and his e-book, Kefir!
