SENIOR CONSULTANT-Professional Services, Weblogic, J2EE
Provide senior level presence on behalf of our clients Consulting Services organization (pre- or post sales) with particular focus on service oriented architecture, providing superior professional services and solutions based on application server, integration and portal technologies.
Develop and drive SOA strategies within large enterprises.
Act as �Lead Architect� for large corporate customer projects.
Map our clients infrastructure products and partner offerings to the client's needed capabilities.
Support Practice Management and Sales Representative with the technical aspects of sales calls, pre-engagement scoping, and account troubleshooting.
Develop client relationships and articulate client technical issues to Technical Management.
Provide feedback/enhancement requests to product development about clients products/tools during engagements.
Articulate complex technical issues to senior client management recommend appropriate solutions and guide client through issue resolution.
Assist or lead team in determining client requirements and in scoping and estimating efforts.
Serve as the primary client point-of-contact for engagement technical issues.
Ability and willingness to travel, as necessary within specified region.
10+ years relevant technical work experience.
Proven results in bringing SOA implementations to production.
Ability to architect and implement J2EE applications and expert understanding of/experience with J2EE technologies.
Deep technical knowledge of WebLogic Platform.
Experience with other OUR CLIENT�S products.
Extensive experience in consulting or professional services industry.
Experience with deploying, troubleshooting many different applications on WLS.
Strong communication skills, must be able to discuss ideas, issues, requirements, and architectures with non-technical senior management.
Strong presentation/white boarding skills.
Must be able to lead architecture discussions in front of technically strong customer personnel.
�B.S. degree, preferable in computer science, information systems, engineering, or mathematics.
�Advanced degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
