      Position: Senior Network Administrator
      Job ID: 37387
      Location: Ashland, CA

      Key responsibilities:
      � Maintain design of company network to support the stated business goals and technical requirements.
      � Review network utilization and performance trends and suggest future requirements to maintain acceptable performance levels and accommodate corporate traffic growth.
      � Work on new equipment deployment and configurations as well as replacement or repair of existing hardware and software as needed.
      � Ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives, government regulations (e.g. SOX) and budget.
      � Maintain awareness of changing trends and regulations which could effect the dept and act on as required.
      � Wk with IT Team to assist in making decisions to maximize value and meet budgetary goals; monitor vendors and maintain oversight and documentation of projects
      Background, Skills and Education:
      At least 7 years of direct network management and implementation experience
      Experience in the following areas:
      AD 2003
      Blackberry Server
      Citrix
      Exchange 2003/2007
      SOX a plus
      Security
      PBX Wiring experience
      Sharepoint � a plus
      The following certifications are a plus
      MCSE
      CCNA
      Work well within a team and possess excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to being organized, efficient, and capable of prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks.
      Must be able to support end-users at a desktop level.
      Must be able to operate independently in the absence of close guidance to correct issues and improve the operating environment and must be hands on.
      Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments, being able to logically step through issues and troubleshoot problems creatively and quickly.
      Must be able to relate technical issues and requirements to business issues and vice versa and be able to communicate these to non-technical associates and customers.
