Yes, there are Hazaras in Pakistan as well. According to ZH Rosser
and others, their Y-Chromosomal ancestry is traced to Genghis Khan
(taimujin). This ties them with several central asian people. I had
access to some material on them, which I do not have anymore. But
there is a Stanford Database on them. They are strictly non-IE given
these findings, the best(scientifically reasoned sampling) and the
most exhaustive so far.

Most Dari speakers are Pashtoons and Khowars as well.
And almost all Kashmiri dialects are influenced by the Dari-Farsi
Besides, we all know that Language is not the real deteminant of
race, as is also disproven the demic diffusion theories of Colin
Renfrew and others.
