      R&D Expenditure By Developed Nations.

      Friends,

R&D expenditure is the indicator of investment in developing new technologies and processes to secure increased market share in the world market by creating IPR.

China has the highest growth rate in R&D investment of 18% and is Euro 16 b in 2003 or $ 22 b. India ought to invest at least $ 10 b to just start the race.

USA spends Euro 300 b or nearly $400 b, which is 8 months GDP of India and 3 years industrial output. Japan spends around Euro $130 b and Germany Euro $53 b.

Can a nation, whose only notable successful invention is to transfer Rs 250/- worth shares for Rs 1/-, will ever be developed in light years?

      Regards
