Janet Lynn Fulkerson (sometimes creditied as Janet Fulkenson) was born on 2nd November, 1961. After graduating from Boswell High School in Saginaw, Texas, where she was a cheerleader for four years and the Homecoming Queen, she had a variety of work: selling cars, working as a personal assistant, flight attendant with Southwest Airlines for 6½ years, and as one of the world renown Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. She has also been involved in gymnastics, as both athlete and coach. Combining gymnastic with dancing talents, Janet Gunn served as Susan Howard's stunt double in "Dallas", the long running and award winning television drama. She has appeared in musicals at the Casa Manana Theater, Fort Worth. In 1992, she beat over two hundred other aspirants in attaining the role of Kelly Cochran for the CBS Crimetime After Primetime series "Dark Justice." Since then she has starred in movies opposite Jean-Claude VanDamme, Andrew McCarthy, Christopher Lloyd and Lisa Zane, and others. Following numerous guest roles, Janet Gunn unequivocally established her name, alongside Chris Potter, in the series "Silk Stalkings".
