From what I listened to in the Tigers game aginst the Pens he had some
bad luck but played pretty solid from what I could gather.
One goal hit the post, his skate and went in, the game winner in
overtime hit his back and went in. Rust, bad-luck?
Kind of like the goals here where pucks were finding the net against him.
What worried me most is when this was announced there was a good
chance DiPietro could lose more games in a short peirod than the other
Tiger goalies have lost in a long time.
Dubielewicz and Kochan have been stealing points for the Tigers. Games
with goals against on misplays and bad breaks is not going to be
acceptable and could hurt the Tigers team confidence. Granted this
team has given up a lot of shots recently but have not lost.
This is a Bridgeport team where the goaltending is dominating.
Dubielewicz is the top goaltender in the league.
Going to be disheartening if Dubie outplays Rick. Which is another
reason I wanted him to work out his problems here.
