OK, so it sounds like I may have to go the custom route. A single 'A' series belt at best is only capable of powering 70 amps. As I've got a 700AH bank, I'd

I have the same 105 amp alternator. Burned up a belt a week till I discovered a bur on the crank pulley.I polished the v on the crank pulley with a grinder,
