    Message 1 of 1 , Nov 8, 2009

Comments on UFO’s, out of body and near death experiences, ET contacts, and Mind Control by Dr. MD anesthesiologist, (Ms.) Rauni Kilde, former chief medical officer for Finland, and about her April 2009 “Military reports of UFO’s and Finnish positive with humanoids, etc” lecture in Charlottesville VA, interview posted to youtube in July 2009.

It is in the first few minutes of this 58min video (with a short part 2 covering missing/scrubbed parts about) where mention is made of an open 1991 Moscow USSR UFO Conference opened by cosmonaut Gen. Popovich, convened by chairman head of Soviet naval intelligence Dr. Shasha, presenting testimony and radar pictures in lectures by members of soviet academy of science, test pilots, etc to 400 attendees including test pilots, officers, academic, general soviet public, and 3 Americans including a psychiatrist Raymond Libov (sp?), a journalist (Victoria?) who is “now the wife of Col. John Alexander,” and Gen. Stubblebine. Rauni Kilde was the lone other non-Soviet attendee not from the US. She reports in this video about the surprisingly very open communication and information presented then before the fall of Soviet Union closed this topic soon after this conference which was expected at that time when it was happening.

Rauni explains excitedly that this kind of thing has happened all over again now, this time in the US in April. She calls it a gathering of the highest military, including Col. John Alexandar, Edgar Mitchell who made widely reported public statements after this conference, and Col. Scott Jones who said in maybe two years these UFO related topics will open officially due to the amount of military evidence they can now release and mentioned Norway as the place where this might come out from.  She wrote an article in a Finnish magazine reporting on that conference, called “It’s not about the lights in the sky but it’s about the lies on the ground”.

I could not help thinking about Ira Einhorn’s situation during the video when Rauni talks about the nature of the weird things happening to her relating to the futility of locks.

Mind Control Specialist and author Rauni Kilde has been at the forefront, in the medical & UFO fields, breaking new ground in the “Out Of Body, Human No Death” experience. She has published many books in Scandinavia, and spoken at the International UFO Congress, Exo-Politics USA, and been a guest in the Soviet Union and USA on Mind Control.

This initial part of BASES FIVE is given a pre-release as crucial sections of what Rauni said have been censored, by the physical deletion from the master camera tapes.

She has suffered vitriolic character assassination by those who wish to dispel the Mind Control and Out of Body Human events.

It clear that Human Death, and the so called ETs have a link, and a crucially important one.

See the second part, Bases 5 Part 2

Just got back from the movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SreufFevUSw

Very entertaining. Only the beginning of the film mentions real events

in a distorted way. The last half of the film in Iraq has nothing to

do with what actually happened. I met Colonel Channon (Jeff Bridge's

character) with Lawry Chickering in Caffe Trieste in North Beach 1981

when Lawry was directing the Reagan Think Tank ICS set up by Cap

Weinberger, Ed Meese, Brent Scocroft ... closely allied to Hoover

Institution at Stanford. I also had read Colonel John Alexander's "The

New Mental Battlefield" Military Review 1980 and met John later during

the Joe Firmage ISSO era 1999-2000. We were in touch with the Russians

at the time via Igor Akchurian and also advising Reagan people

including Cap Sr via his son Cap Jr on matters related to SDI.

Curious - scene in movie of a soldier on LSD almost shooting other

soldiers - anticipates Major Hasan at Fort Hood.

      A Viewer’s Guide to Goats

      John B. Alexander, Ph.D.

      U.S. Army (retired)

The movie, The Men Who Stare at Goats, is based on a book of the same

title.  While listed as nonfiction, the facts were extrapolated almost

beyond recognition.  The people in the book were listed by their real

names.  I was named many times.

While some Special Forces units experimented with various techniques,

the vast majority of the incidents came from one of two other

sources.  Formal psi research programs were conducted in the U.S. Army

Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).  There was also a unique

think tank called Task Force Delta at Headquarters Department of the

Army and later at the Army War College. Delta was arguably the most

innovative organization in the world. With support of senior

leadership, we were consciously pushing the envelope. It should be

noted that all of the explorations undertaken were done based on solid

      rationale.

      Facts and Fiction

      -       The First Earth Battalion (1EB) was created by Lt. Col. Jim

Channon, a brilliant imaginer and artist. He literally owns the First

      Earth Battalion concept.

      -       The 1EB was never an authorized military unit of the U.S. Army

      -       The 1EB was a notional concept that encouraged/allowed people

to think innovatively, yet within a military construct

      -       The New Earth Battalion is a movie version of 1EB

      -       Most of the movie characters are based on real people – though

      some are composites

      -       The Kevin Spacey character seems to be made up for movie

      purposes

      -       Senior officer with ponytail (Jeff Bridges) NOT REAL

      -       Remote Viewing – REAL- and was a 20 year official program

      -       Use of Remote Viewing in Gen Dozier kidnapping by Red Brigade

      - REAL

      -       Concern about Soviet psychic research – REAL

      -       JEDI projects – REAL – but ad hoc (I had one of them with

      multi-agencies)

      -       Spoon bending – REAL – was taught to hundreds

      -       Cloud busting –REAL – though never as fast as done by Clooney

      -       Computer crashing – REAL – incident did happen

      -       Fire walking -REAL

      -       New Age exploration – REAL

      -       Running into walls – NOT REAL (is the opening scene of the

      movie)

      -       Use of LSD – not only NO, BUT HELL NO

      -       Hamster staring –ATTEMPTED  - by Guy Savelli (a civilian

      martial artist)

      -       Goat Lab – REAL – used to train medics

      -       Goats – Hit by martial artists – It did die hours later

      -       Goats – Staring – no credible evidence to support this

      allegation

      -       Dim mak – PROBABLY REAL – supported by physical evidence

      -       References to a hollow army –REAL – post Vietnam was a

      traumatic period

      PUSHING THE ENVELOPE

“If everything you’re attempting is successful, you are nowhere close

      to the edge!”
