Judge William J. Mazzola had a year to file his brief regarding
the PA Superior Court Appeal of (infamous Philadelphia convicted
"Unicorn Killer") Ira Einhorn.
That year was up on December 2, 2003. Almost all judges file their
appeals within six months. It is now going on 16-months since
Einhorn's appeal was filed.
Why has Judge Mazzola not filed his brief regarding this appeal?
Is something being hidden from us? The news media should do their
job and find out what is going on. Rules should apply to judges as well
as to defendants and to prosecutors.
