- How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts! My soul longs, yes, faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God.Message 1 of 2 , Aug 28, 2013View SourceHow lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts!
My soul longs, yes, faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God. Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, at your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God.
Blessed are those who dwell in your house, ever singing your praise!
Stage 1 work of our church building which commenced in March 2013 is scheduled for completion towards end of October 2013. We have now completed about 70% of the work and the remaining is in full swing.
During this time period we have seen the miraculous hand of Almighty guiding and leading us through this project.
The words of support and the financial contribution made by you to this cause are overwhelming. With your continued support and prayers I have the confidence that we can very well proceed to the next stage which is the facade and interiors which are not part of the present contract. Based on our architectural plan we have designed a reasonable façade and interior for our church.
With immense gratitude to Almighty, I am happy to present the 3D of the proposed façade and interiors of our Church. Let us submit this dream to our Lord and be assured like the Psalmist, “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth”.
With these words of inspiration and hope I earnestly look forward for your continued prayers and support to fulfil this dream.
In our brief history of about 10 years in this blessed country we are witnessing the amazing grace of God who has caressed us in his arms. Let us be steadfast in our faith and help build our Church in a dignified manner well pleasing to the Lord and present it to the Glory of God as we are scheduling the consecration in February 2014.
I am also attaching the list of our requirement for the new church in connection with the consecration. Many of you have already made commitments from this list. I am sure you will have many well-wishers who could possibly contribute. Kindly pass this on so that they also are co-workers in this project.
Finally but foremost, what is needed in plenty is your unceasing prayers. Keep praying for all those who are directly involved with the project, the architects, builders, sub-contractors, workers and who all that are involved and that may get involved with this project. Your constant prayers will make a very big impact.
With love and prayers
