Group Description
Welcome to the Invisible Man Virtual Seasons.
Rather than reform the group everytime we add a new 'season', or group of planned stories, we have decided to simplify life for the moderators and simply rename our existing group to something non-season-sensitive. Sensible, right? I think we're finally figuring out what we're doing, maybe, kinda.
The Invisible Man aired on Sci Fi Channel from June of 2000-Feb of 2002, to fan and critical accolades. Starring Vincent Ventresca and Paul Ben Victor in the two lead roles, and supported by a stellar cast of veteran and new character actors, this series was terminated far too early in the minds of the fans. So some of us got together and decided to do something about it. This yahoo group is where those people meet to plot and plan and brainstorm and kvetch and all the things that go into writing a series of stories as a group.
The Virtual Season is the result of all that. It's been interesting, fun and a learning process for all concerned. How well we succeeded in creating a plausible future for the characters we love only the readers can say. But we've sure had fun doing it. And hope to continue doing it, for a while yet. We know where we're going, it's just a question of getting there. Care to join us on the further adventures of Fawkes and Hobbes? Then check out the stories and let us know what you think.
All of the 'episodes' so far completed can be found at our dedicated website (http://www.invisiblemanvs.com) And if you like (or don't) what you read, feel free to leave us a message on our message board. (http://www.invisiblemanvs.com/board)
